My 1st not baby dads 1st

I try telling my baby's father how I feel but he keeps just talking bout what he knows from his first child's pregnancy or that's how it feels..... Any thoughts

My partner is the same. Which is why I had to tell my best friend so I had someone to talk to about stuff. I felt much better then.

Ita with above.  I hate when they act like they know more then you because they've had a baby in a past relationship before.  You'll just have to talk to someone else. Don't exclude him,  you can still pick a name together, pick the color of the room.  Let him know what the size of the baby is like a pea or grape. My dh likes those fun facts.

Just wondering if you have any close friends or family members to share your thoughts with? I ask because My husband can be the same way and I've learned I can't talk to him about everything regarding the pregnancy. Its like, men just don't get it all the time. I would advise you not to take it personal, but pick and chose certain topics to discuss with him.
