No breast tenderness

I am supposedly 5 weeks pregnant. 3 drug store tests say yes. I do not have an appointment for another week & a half to confirm it. I'm worried because I have absolutely no breast tenderness. Is that normal or should I have it by now??? It seems to be the most common side effect....

My nipples have been Uber sensitive, but there's been no darkening or breasts change.  I've read that doesn't happen for a few more weeks, but everybody's different.

I'm just over four weeks and also have no breast tenderness. I do have mild cramping/pulling feelings though in my lower abdomen. Anybody else with that?

Thank you, very helpful. I don't really have any symptoms either. I had only one really bad day of naseu, body aches, & headaches and that's it so far.
