Are you anywhere near Michigan? I'll be right over... hahaha! J/k ;) You just moved to a house too, so you're going to be a super mom as well! Lol... how fun!! The broccoli cheddar bowl is actually a pasta bowl, sorry. But it tastes kinda like soup... super good! My husband just made me some Annie's shells mac 'n cheese lol. A really good crockpot meal came to mind that I actually made up myself. Idk if you are ok with spaghetti sauce? I am but then again not super sensitive so Idk if it contains wheat that isn't apparent in the ingredients. But a great crockpot meal is if you take a few thawed chicken breasts and place them in the crockpot and cover with two containers of Bertolli 5 cheese spag sauce, cook on high for 4 hours. Make some spag noodles in the meantime. And then when the crockpot is finished cooking and on warm, break all the chicken up into shreds with a wooden utensil and then mix in about a half container of kens steakhouse creamy Caesar dressing. I was experimenting one time and found out it tastes sooooo good like chicken parm! My husband wanted to give his mom the recipe... lol. If you're like me you may like to add some parmesian cheese on top too. Lol... enjoy :)

Awe yes I am gonna have to try those things I love waffles etc... And broccoli and cheese soup . mmmm how awesome and exciting you are not only having a baby but your getting a new house:) so happy for you yes I bake and cook a lot when I can . gas can be expensive. I make some stuff in the crock pot and now that I'm pregnant and always tired I'm gonna have to start doing that more often. Do you cook in the crock pot ? Have any good meals you like to make ? I love gardening me and my husband just moved into our house and were thinking of making one to I love fresh vegetables and fruits :) yummy I'm actually making a cake right now lol late night cravings lol and the Betty crocker mix is easy and taste good. Its almost 5 dollars for the gluten free one though lol

Lol!! Yes I indulged on those for a good week after thanksgiving, haha. The Pamela baking mix should be in the dry food isle in a big bag. The pancake recipe on the back is good and the waffle one even better. 123 gluten free has really great stuff. The only thing I've found was the chocolate chip cookies were just ok. But keep in mind you'll have to buy a few things when you get those the box doesn't come with everything. There are some really good meijer brand waffles in the frozen isle that are gluten free as well and actually really good. They just get soggy kinda fast. I'm trying to think of anything else... there is a frozen broccoli cheddar bowl in the meijer frozen isle if you ever want want a quick microwave meal. Great for on the run. We are in the process of closing on a house and I'm hoping to have a small garden there. My husband's pretty open to eating what I eat as well. I'm sure for him it beats eating out and spending money as well even though right now we have a gas oven and it's SO difficult to bake things. Can't wait to have electric in the new place! Do you ever cook in the crockpot?

Wow that's amazing and exciting its both are first. :) yes I use to get bad kanker sores too. My doc tells me not having wheat is OK. For you and your body. Sometimes I cheat though and have a little and my stomach starts cramping right away its crazy how fast it hurts. So its good for me not to have it all . my doctor said its a very close chance my baby might have celiac to I pray he or she doesn't cause its not only painful but the food is expensive lol ! Majority of the time I just make natural stuff to keep the cost down. My husband makes it easy for me he just eats what I eat or else its a hasal trying to cook for two. He eats his wheat though like breads etc... I have tried a lot of products and some are really gross and some are really good:) Pamela's is good is that the one in the frozen section? I also like udis brand its cheap and good really good it almost doesn't taste like gluten free:) those pumpkin pan bars sound delicious I'm gonna have to see about making those thanks for the insight ;) yummy my tummy wants some now lol

Thanks congrats to you too!! Yes it's my first and due around Nov 29th I believe, but no appointment until May so still need the confirmation. When I was eating gluten I used to get really bad kanker sores and IB too. If I eat it occasionally I get really bad stomach pains when my stomach is empty and restless legs that keeps me awake at night (which of course is back now that I'm pregnant) and I still get small kanker sores but nowhere near as bad as before. Wheat is actually one of those things that they say might not be good to introduce early on due to being difficult to digest so I think it's good that we're not eating those things. I'll probably introduce wheat to the baby around a year and a half and see how he/she does. The real kicker is my husband is a type 1 diabetic so no wheat with diabetes would be a real pain in the butt! But luckily very small chance of baby getting it. I'll be 8 weeks on Sunday though if calculations are correct. Trying to eat beans, salad and lots of dairy and protein. And good products you recommend? I really like Pamelas products, especially baking and pancake mix. 123 gluten free has some really great stuff like their pumpkin pan bars (add some cream cheese frosting) yum!

Yes, I do too although I've never been officially diagnosed and I'm due in November as well :) I would say as long as you stick to GF you should be safe. I am not sick, but my restless legs came back 10 fold and I thought I rid of them when I changed me diet... ugh!!
