I've had a few nights of RLS too--it's no fun when all you want to do is sleep!  Try going on a leisurely walk in the evening, avoid caffeine at night, and eat a snack with some protein before bed (PB sandwich?).  Also, avoid laying around in the evening--save it for bedtime.

Braxton Hicks--they say they're not painful, but I've had a few doozeys!
