first pregnancy

I would love to be making a baby room right now b/c I love to decorate and was going to go to school for it but my situation sux. I will not have a baby room, nor a shower or anything. My fiance is so damn selfish that all eyes are on him b/c of his drinking that it is like I am not pregnant. This is suppost to be a fun time in my life and it isn't. I picked out all kinds of stuff to do for a baby room but can not do it now b/c of a selfish fiance who only thinks of spending his money on himself, and his beer. I am staying at a friends untill Rusty my fiance decides he wants to quit drinking and wants to move out of his moms house.  :(  I hate this situation. I have never been more miserable in my life. Any suggestions?

he says he wants help but refuses to got o aa or rehab. He wants to beable to drink w/out anyone saying anything. He is an a&&hole. I have been trying to help him for years but nothing changes. TY I will look into the baby stuff. Right now we are trying to figure out where to move.

I am soooo sorry you are having to deal with all of this during your pregnancy.  Why dont you have a small shower or something.  I am sure you friends or close family members would love to throw you a shower.  You can always go to consignment shops to get things like baby bedding for pretty cheap.  They also have things like swings and bouncy seats.  Also Walmart.com has really cute bedding for good prices.  That is where I got mine b/c this is baby #2 and we spent alot of money last time and they only use their baby stuff for a very short time so this time we are spending smartly.  As far as your fiance, would he consider rehab.  I will be praying for your situation.  Dont forget to take care of yourself through all of this!!!  It is enough stress on your body carrying and growing a baby inside.
