What's for dinner?!

So I'm always thinking about food... and I want to know what YOU are having for dinner?!

My MIL just gave me her recipe for humus. OMG! It is the best. I'm going to the store Wednesday and I'm going to pick up some real pita (made in a local market) and make the humus. Yummo!

Hubby and I have been crock-pot cooking and grilling a lot in the last 2 weeks. He has even made 2 dishes all by himself! He made chili which was so good...but gave me heartburn and right now he has a beef brisket in the crock-pot with veggies and a marinade. I just have to whip up some coucous and dinner will be ready for tomorrow night. He found the recipe and decided to do it. He wants to be able to cook for me once I have the baby...how sweet of him! =) It smells so good in the house right now. I'm sure it will be yummy.

ohh that sounds good. I love humus. I'm actually not sure what I'll be having. I really want to eat out though. I've been cooking every night so it would be a nice change.
