Pressure after Chriopractic Adjustment

Went in this am for an adjustment since I've been getting lots of hip aches at night. Last time I went in July my pelvis was out and he realigned it and has been good since the last week. Again my pelvis was out just a little and he straightened up my spine too.
Well since my appt I've been having almost more pressure in my pelvis and it's actually more sore just sitting here than it was before. Anyone have this before?! He mentioned to come in again in a week or so to have another adjustment if there's time.
Do you think I just have more pressure because since my pelvis is back in line the baby is able to go that much further down?

Thanks....I'm not sure what's going on. I still feel it but now today I also have severe lower back pain. I have a midwife appt this afternoon so I'm going to mention it to her. I almost feel like I'm having a really heavy period just minus the bleeding obviously. Not sure what the chiropractor did to me! LOL I thought things would be better not worse!

I've been getting chiropractic adjustments weekly, although in the last week I've been in 3 times at least (although my chiropractor is my sister in law so it's easy).  She was saying that when getting adjustments it can help the baby move into a better position so it's very possible that what he did helped the baby drop more.

For me I don't remember when the baby dropped a lot, so I'm not sure if adjustments helped that, but since she dropped "wrong" and I've been getting adjustments and such to help her move into a better position.  I was adjusted last night, then today about an hour ago had an acupuncture (sp) apt and since the baby has moved back where she should be and I'm getting more pressure and starting to get more contractions.  I'm not such which one did it, but either of the two can help align the body to allow for an ideal situation for the baby to get into place.
