Heather- what kind of exercises? Like feet rotations and flexing and stuff? Those are the only things i have heard but they're more for if you work at an office where you sit a lot. My feet are not as bad today... they did get a lot better! Thank goodness. I drank lots of water today.
@ adkalanna- yeah, I know... I already have one crazy little baby girl that keeps me on my feet all the time.... so resting and especially crossword puzzles are a little out of the question. I do rest when I can, but my daughter's extremely high strung and doesn't nap often and when she does they're short naps... it definitely makes it pretty darn hard!!
don't let yourself get dehydrated! it's way too risky, and you should stay indoors during the hottest parts of the day, and don't stay on your feet too much. it's gonna get worse before it gets better, so buy some crocks or lace up sneaks 1/2 size too big and take up a hobby like crossword puzzles. sit while you can, because you'll be chasing that baby for the next 18 years, at least!
good luck
There are some exercises you can do that will be good for your feet. Especially in the evening before you go to bed so the circulation gets back to them a lot better. Just keep them elevated too. Mine haven't been too bad so far.
I know what you mean the night before last and last night mine did the same thing and it feels so weird to walk on or touch them. I dont know what to do besides drink water but I wish there was something else to do to keep them from selling.
