Have any of you used a pregnancy belt after having your baby?

I am trying to prepare for after the pregnancy and one thing I heard helps your abdominal area to get back in shape is a pregnancy belt to hold your abdomen in?  Has anyone ever used one of these and which kind did you try?  Did it help at all?

Thanks NicMom for the referral I really have no idea what to use or where to begin.  So helps to hear about others research too.  I will check on Amazon for that one and read some more reviews.

I didn't, but this time plan on using the belly bandit. I heard really good things about it from some friends of mine that used one. It helps with your back pain in the first couple weeks too.

I tried one with after my last pregnancy.  I thought it was really uncomfortable (except for when standing and not moving) and kinda useless.  I took it back to the store.  I don't think it's worth the money.  Btw I got mine at babies r us.  Don't remember which one because it was 3 years ago.  But maybe it'll work for you.
