My hips are killing me!
Im 14w1d along with triplets. Every night my hips hurt so bad i have to keep turning from one side to another. It seems to just be getting worse. I have tried the pillow between my legs but it doesnt seem to to help. sometimes it even hurts more. Has anyone had or have this problem? Is there anything that will help?
I had problems with my hips with my last pregnancy and they have started already. I saw a PT a couple weeks ago, and they gave me a SI belt. It pulls the hips together a little and helps my pain. It might be something to look into. Good Luck!
I had this problem with DD. It was awful. I went out and bought a memory foam mattress topper which did help a little but didn't take it away. I never found anything to help it but I hope and pray you do. I am hoping it doesn't happen this time but please let me know if you find anything that works!!!
