I had right side at 20 week.couldnt evn move or turn also diificult to gott toilet n wear trouser....take bed rest...dnt put pressure on tht leg whr pain shoots.use analgesic cream ....incase of severe pain discuss with ur dr

Its sciatic nerve pain. Hard to really avoid it once u get it. Toe touches are good and squats. Toe touches are hard standing up because of our bellies so I sit with legs open and touch them going left to right.

The pain is in my left butt cheek. It hurts to walk and sit sometimes. What stretches could I do?

I have the same thing. My doctor gave me some stretches for it.

My pain is right where my butt is right before my back. Doesnt hurt to walk but it is really painful to sit sometimes

It's probably your sciatic nerve. I have it bad too. Especially when I wake up I have shooting pains that run down my back butt and upper thighs
