Hayfever!

Hi I'm 21wks preg and suffering so bad with hayfever! Although this is my 3rd baby I cannot remember which products you can and cannot take. Can any body help? Thank you xx

Yes Zyrtec and Claritin are fine - my allergies were insane this spring during dirst trimester so I researched it very carefully and talked to my doctor. Benadryl is also completely safe although it knocks me out like a sleeping pill. Which is helpful if you need a sleeping pill!

Im gonna assume hay fever is allergies. In that case claritan and zertyec. I can't spell today

Pretty much,yyou can't take anything with a decongestant. Normal, regular antihistamine should be fine.
