feeling like crap- 8w3d

I'm not throwing up or anything but all day today I've just felt like crap. I havnt been drinking that much water in the last day or so, so idk if it's from that. I have this nasty headache like hangover feeling. I'm just so out of it. I'm trying to steer away from medicine in early pregnancy so idk what to do or if anyone else has felt like this. :(

Yep I am 8 weeks today and have been feeling sooo crappy the last 4 weeks. I haven't been vomiting but I have been chronically nauseous and hardly able to eat, sleep or move in that time. I have been hospitalised once and haven't even been able to do housework which has been a bone of contention in our house lately. I keep hearing it will get better and boy I can't wait for that day!

Drink more water! And it could also be the prenatals your body needs time to adjust to all these new vitamins

Im 8 weeks today and totally feel your pain. Headaches have been out of control lately.. i dont want to take medicines either but  acetaminophen is safe. I only take one at a time but it really helps! Staying hydrated is soooo important but i do admit that i dint drink as much as i should either but that might have somethin to do with it. I feel better sometimes if i drink a little caffeine. I have defintely had those crappy days!
