sorry tmi help
So I just went to the bathroom and as I wiped I could feel like something so I looked at the paper and there was a long clear mucas thing on there. I'm sorry but I'm freaking out and I'm not sure what it is. Could it be part of my mucus plug? I'm only 28 weeks will be 29 tomorrow.
It is just discharge or a piece of your mucus plug which regenerates itself over the course of your pregnancy. The only time you have to be worried about it is if it has blood in it. I visit a specialist for this pregnancy weekly and I have this everytime I go. He says it's perfectly healthy.
Its most likely just discharge. I've had the same thing quite a few times! Don't freak out its completely normal! :)
