I felt that way for about two weeks for my first pregnancy, and the it got better (still tired but not sleeping 14 hours per day!). This time around it hadn't seemed as bad, but I also didn't fight it as much. I made a point of napping with my toddler every day, and going to bed early. For me, giving myself permission to truly rest (not lay down and "be productive" by answering emails on my phone) helped me get up again later and actually be productive! Hope that makes sense. Everyone's pregnancy is different, but this probably won't last very long. Good luck!
