# of ultrasounds

I have already had 5 ultrasounds. My baby girl is stubborn and won't bring her head up out of my pelvic area so they can measure her head. Its funny I think she knows what she's doing b/c she will turn over but push her head even further out of reach when at doc. August 3 for my sixth ultrasound. Although I love seeing her each time, does anyone have any advice to get her to bring head up?

Have you tried drinking a coke about 30 minutes before the ultrasound? My child moves so much that it's hard to get her still enough for ultrasound. But I've heard a coke of any flavor will get them moving

I have read that if you shine a flashlight where she is sitting, they will try and get away from the light or if you play music they will sometimes follow the music. I have also had about 5 or 6 ultrasounds since being pregnant.  They had trouble getting her spine. I think babies shy away from the ultrasounds because of the noise it makes inside the womb.
