Try taking your prenatals before bed. That helped with my 2nd pregnancy so this time around i didnt even attempt to take them until bedtime and i am able to keep them down

Hi I'm a first time mom too! I jus started my second trimester and I'm still throwing up. I've asked around to all my other mommy friends and some never had the problem and others stopped at 4 or 5 months. It jus depends on our bodies, I used to throw up 4 times a day. Now I make sure to drink lots of water eat crackers in the morning and eat every 3 to 4 hours and I only throw up about 3 to 4 times a week now. Good luck hope this helps!
