Spicy foods are okay (yummm), but junk food should be in moderation ;)
Cut out spicy lol whoever told you that is an idiot. Otherwise there would be plenty of Asian ladies who just would have to live off rice their entire pregnamcy. I eat spicy food all the time and have done for most of my life . If your not used to spicy stuff it could give you heartburn and that's the only reason why a person would consider not eating spicy through pregnancy

I've never heard of hot kind tho sounds good be careful tho they aren't good for ya ;)
Limit your intake. Try a bag every 2 days. And wash it away with a lot of water.
Its because of the amount of sodium in them. But I understand cravings
I've done it about a week or two.
Id limit it just to be on the safe side
