Does anyone know if it's ok to sleep on your stomach at 12 weeks? I know you're supposed to sleep on your left but I move around a lot at night.
It's fine until it becomes uncomfortable. I wouldn't stress about how you sleep at night. You can't exactly control it.
I still sleep on mine, as far as im aware its okay until it starts to feel uncomfortable?
