to buy or not to buy......

Has everyone starting buying and preparing for their babies yet? Im ftm 21wks + 2. I bought 1 item because it was a great deal. But im also superstitious :-/ just wondering what other ftm's are doing...

I found it a good idea to wait till after the baby shower to buy stuff! You never know what people will take care of for ya so you dont have to buy it lol

I feel the sameeeeee wayyyyy and my mom's lik she will not buy anything but I'll but 1 outfit when we find out what we are having that's it but the choice is yours but I'm waiting until I'm like 7/8 months I know that's pushing it but ya

Im 22 weeks, I've got a crib a pack and play a bassinet a baby swing and clothes. Baby shower this weekend so waiting to see what I get before I buy anything else.

21 weeks 3 days. I have been shopping like crazy. Lol. Not big stuff tho cuz the shower is in Aug. But I don't do the superstition thing just because this is my 2nd pregnancy. I had twin girls the first go round. Unfortunately one twin got ill causing me to go in the hospital very early. Which means I didn't do any shopping. One twin passed. By me being in the hospital and not having a release date due to prematurity, I didn't have anything. Was not prepared. So this time I started shopping soon as I found out I was pregnant. Lol

19w ftm, we haven't bought anything yet. We will get a lot of things from my sister who had twins just over a year ago. But im with you on.the superstitious feeling. I just don't want to jinx anything. I haven't even let my sis start Bringing over stuff yet. I will prolly wait till after baby shower to get anything, not gonna lie. Everybody is different just like every pregnancy is. We all are ready in our own time :) don't stress it.

We haven't bought anything ourselves but we've been given a lot. Crib, play pens, clothes, swings, toys etc

Ftm at 20 weeks. I have almost everything I need, apart from a cocoonababy and newborn nappies. I have had a tough pregnancy and fear my 3rd trimester will be very hard so wanted everything done before that. Now I can focus on eating well, getting rest, exercise and my birth plan.

I'm 22+3 weeks I Dont think I'll need any thing except formula milk. I'll probably buy that around last few weeks. I did all the baby shopping last year as I was expecting but sadly my angel didn't make it. I might end up using her items so I'll need a strong heart for that. But still not sure

I'm 21 weeks as well, and I have just about everything from wipes to a crib. But that's because I always feel unprepared! I'd probably go crazy if I didn't have everything I needed, and I can't resist shopping for my baby girl(:
