Why dont men understand the fun of picking names? I dont want a common name and I certainly don't want a name thats in my family, I have a lot of issues with them. Im done trying to compromise on a name. I told him to just pick a name

I had a girls name straight away which is orlagh Sharon .. Sharon is my aunties name who passed away before I was born so wanted that as a reminder and orlagh is Irish for precious princess... but we struggled to much for a boys name all the ones we like we had a family member named it and just didn't want to have it ready same to eventually we settled for Aaron James. . Jamie's is a family traditions of mine as my papa is James my uncle is James and my dad's middle name is James so I was sure I wanted that. . We decided together on both first names and I copse middle names as they mean so much to me.. I definitely think it's harder to chose a boys name. :)

We haven't even started talking about names yet. With our others we agreed on their names and it was pretty easy. Our first I told him I've always loved the names Riley or Seth. First son Riley Alexander he chose middle name. Second son Seth Xzavier, he was trying to pick a middle name but when I said Xzavier he loved it. Third our daughter Jezabelle Felicity. We both love Jezabelle and he chose Felicity, at the time I wanted Faylon. He hated it. Felicity has grown on me, I now think it's perfect. Oh and they all have two middle names. Their second middle name is my maiden name, it's on their birth certificates, but not really used other than being official and me being stubborn.

We were having a little trouble too. If it's a boy he will be a jr, we agreed on that but if it's a girl he liked names that are related to diamonds and gems but I don't like that. He wants his say and I want mine so he is picking a name and me another and than figure out the order.

We're having trouble picking the middle names. We have Brooklynn for a girl and Bodhi for a boy. He wants the initials to be BMW the same as his. But I'm already thinking it gets your last name not mine and I kinda like Bodhi Lee W. He also said is late father's name is Maurice for the middle name but his sister just used it for the middle name of their son. Even though I want to support him with his fathers name I don't care for it. Otherwise girls Brooklynn Marie W.
