So I imagine labor will feel like a Charlie horse in my uterus. Last night I woke up to the worst pain imaginable  in my leg. I've had cramps before but this one took the cake. It knocked the air out of me and lasted forever. Then an hour later got one in my hip and then 2 hours later it was in my shoulder. What's weird is it was all on my left side. Any body have a problem like this?

Are they truely cramps? Are they muscles spasming and tightening or just muscle pain? Them being on your left is worrysome and they seem to have traveled in a linear way through your left side. Its probably nothing but I'd call your Doctor today to be sure. Otherwise drink more water. 65oz of water a day is the recommendation. Juice, soda, tea, coffee, milk is not to be counted in that 65oz.

Most women say labor feels like poo cramps or period cramps on steriods but each labor is different.
