How are you dealing with food aversion/nausea?

This is my first pregnancy. I'm roughly four weeks and have been having a terrible time with food aversion and nausea. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I've already lost 3 pounds, which I know can be normal, but is still scary.

I'm 12 weeks and still being sick up to 3 times a day with constant naucious. The only thing that's helped me is eating small meals regularly.

I'm 10w with baby #2. The first time around sucked majorly. I couldn't stand to go out it was so bad. My biggest one was chicken. This time its not as bad because I've been sucking on mints when I start to get nauseous. This time its chicken, turkey and french fries.
