So my friend moved back from Virginia n I let her stay with us til she got on her feet she has a two month old son n her mom wouldn't let them stay wit her. Idk if its woman's intuition or I'm tripn but I think she's tryna live my life. She's "lesbian" n I'm bisexual. Today she gets here n wants to shower. The shower is upstairs n our bedroom I tell him put on clothes before she got here several times he doesn't. She comes upstairs to bathe herself n her son and still he doesn't put on any clothes. Even tho he is under the covers its pissn me off cuz I don't like the fact he is OK with being naked while she's n our room. Then the b**CH goes n says I don't even like black girls ur lucky... I wantd to snap his neck... I got so angry only way I calm down I smoked a cigarette n had a glass of wine (midwife said I can have a half a glass). Nw I feel bad cuz I smoked n I may harmd my daughter... My momma told me put the girl out but I'd feel bad cuz she won't have anywhere to go. Idk wat to do. I'm due on the 17th n idk hw ima do with a newborn n her baby cryn all the time. Maybe I should put her out

The stress and hormones of pregnancy and hard, and it sounds as if there is an issue within your relationship. Calm collected conversations are so hard when you feel betrayed, trust me I know. I am literally the worst. I will walk around the block and get an espresso drink, something I keep off limits, but doesn't have a negative effect on baby if only consumed in moderate amounts.
Baby first, maybe ask your midwife for meditation and more breathing techniques.
