Baby daddy issues lol

So, when i was 14 i got pregnant with a reallll loser.. We broke up as soon as he suspected i was pregnant and i have not seen him since i was 5 month pregnant with our son. He never called, never came around, just never cared. I kept in contact with his mother because she cared, and i always let her know he was invited to birthday parties etc. But he never showed when i gave him a chance. I took him to court for child support and got a dna test in case maybe he just didn't think he was his thinking he would show up. He ended up getting into heroin very bad for a couple years and recently almost died of an overdose, but apparently he is doing better now. Now he wants to meet Hayden but i said no. I don't want him around now... He said he's going to take me to court for visitation. Thats not even fair though. Now Hayden believes another man is his daddy. My fiance... And I'm 33 weeks pregnant with his twin brothers right now. I don't want to put him through that... i don't wanna confuse and hurt my little boy and i want that drug addict ******* out of our life. He should have tried when i gave him a chance... I'm scared of him getting visitation...

I highly doubt he'd ever get visitation with a history like that and the fact he's never been around your son. How old is your little boy?

Talk to a lawyer.  If he is going to take you to court, you need legal advice.  (You can bet he will have it.  If he even follows through with his threat.)

If you are getting child support from him he has rights to his child. If you don't want him to be around your kid you will have to give up getting child support. You can't change who his dad is.

The only way to prevent him seeing the kid is if you can prove he's a physical  danger to him.  As in hurt him or did something like drink and drive with his son in the car.

If you an your fiance get married, you can go to court and try to get his rights terminated and have him adopted by your fiancĂ©.

Unless there is a extreme physical or mental danger to the child, courts are reluctant to terminate bio rights. Rights you gave him with that DNA test and child support order. Has he paid for any financial support for your child?
