Thank you! && that's the best thing to do :) It doesn't have to be a guy or ex either, just anyone close and supportive will help speed it up :)
Ah that's so good! I'm glad everything is working out for you, and thank you I'm gnna try my hardest to stay positive!
I kinda went through the same. I'm 21 (was 20 when I got pregnant), due July 13 (37 weeks), and my child's sperm donor just flat out put me out on my face and walked off like nothing happened and is playing house with his 17 yo gf in his daddy's house (she is now about 5 months pregnant). We are NEVER getting back together, and honestly it's a blessing for me and my child.
An ex of mine at the time was being a friend, and in time he has become the father figure that my daughter deserves and we are going stronger than ever. For me, having that person to talk to and get my mind off of it is what got me through it faster. Find someone to talk to... do things that keep you busy or distracted, If your mind starts to dwell, just remember it's really his loss and stupidity. You have a beautiful blessing to look forward to, and that's all you really need <3
Good luck and I wish you the very best!
