Irritated

Anyone else get irritated so easily now... ? I swear even if someOne chews to loudly it drives me crazy now... don't know how to stop being such a rude Botch :(

Thank you so much ! That makes me feel better ! He's such a great guy and I've put him through so much and he's still around he is truly amazing and I need to open my eyes to that more and not take him for granted

Well, that's important.  And that is when you have to remind yourself of that when you feel irritation taking over.  Take some deep breaths, go for a little walk, go in the restroom by yourself for a minute before speaking, write what is bugging you in a little journal, etc.  That way you are not taking it out on him.  :>)  Good luck sweetie.

What may help is think of it this way .  .  .  can you imagine how annoying YOU are to be around always being irritated?  If you think of the problem really as being YOU and not the other person just living their life with you critiquing them----  it helps with self control.  They may be looking at you and picking out what you do that is super annoying too.  That always helps me keep myself in check.  Hormones don't rule the world.  Kindness does.  So, fight the urge to give into the hormones!  good luck

I was a little stuck up before but I get annoyed easily and ticked off I have to wear ear plugs to bed now too lol it's hormones!!! :-0
