Chantal and Jesse

Chantal used to be a frequent contributor to this site but has not been on as much lately since her son Jessie was diagnosed with a rare liver disease which requires him to have a transplant. I would like to provide this update for those familiar with her story.

Jessie was admitted to the ICU last night due to breathing difficulties.  He has a lot of fluid in his belly which is contributing to this but can't have it drained because his blood isn't clotting correctly.  The doctors have now found fluid on his lungs and think he also has a severe infection.  He is currently intubated with a central line and will not be leaving the hospital until he has had a tranplant.  It looks like chantals brother may be a match but this isn't confirmed yet.

Please keep baby Jessie and his family in your thoughts and prayers.  I know Chantal will appreciate this.

Ladies, this is from spade22 on Pregnancy 18-34.  Please keep baby Jesse and Chantal in your prayers....

Chantal has been my friend on here for about 3 years.  Jesse and my baby Mary were born very close together.  This just breaks my heart tremendously.....I will keep Jesse and Chantal and her whole family in my prayers.  May God keep them all in His loving arms.
