The fatigue is totaly normal like the other gals said. I know for me I hit a wall around 1 or 2pm and I just go downhill from there. By 8pm I have a hard time even talking. I remember with my first that things got better around the 10 week mark.
Oh and when I was in a real pinch and was about to just pass out at work I would shut my office door and lay down behind my desk for like 30 minutes at lunch. That or go snooze in my car.
I hope you feel better!
thanks a lot gals for the good motivating posts! atleast i feel im not the only one with these issues. im feeling terrible today, feel like crying. tomo is solar eclipse..need to take some care!
we dun have any wellness room at work, so its horrible.last fri was feeling so sleepy, that i actually sat in the toilet and slept for a while...comeon its uncontrollable, i cant help it at all!
It is hormonal as the other ladies said. Also make sure not to get dehydrated as this can make you feel worse.
I can relate...I agree with Misha...it's our hormones...they are all out of wack and adjusting to the life growing inside of us...Try to relax...we have a wellness room here at my job and I plan to go in there for my lunch break and just lie still for about a half hour...Are you having morning sickness? That can be a reason for the fatigue/weakness...Feel better soon!
Fellow pregnant Mommy,
Juana
Hi Radhika..
This is all common during pregnancy dear.. Mood swings are the side effects of harmonal change and when u cross another 5,6 weeks u will be fine. But dont let stress to come in..Think something positve..may b about the baby..
wat size it will b now..
wat form it'll b..
whether its a He/She..
wat to name him/her..
Think u had seen the baby while U/S scan..
So u can keep on dreaming about the sweet little pie.. :)
But here, we have to wait till our 12th week. so u r lucky dear.. :)
Remember..pregnancy s all the same for everyone..but it depends on how u handle it.
Though its tuff to cope up wid the harmonal changes, thats only for the 1st trimester.
Try doing meditation/yoga..hope u know about that. Read some books.
U wont believe..my doctor suggested even comic books which makes u happier. :)
So I have started reading Tin-Tin, Asterix and Obelix etc..
U can even read spritual books which is good for both u and the baby. Hear a lotttttt of music of your choice. I prefer plain soft instrumental like flute, veena and sitar.
As u r working..u can very well divert your mind from thinking negative.
I know its easy to advice rather than follow.. But hope it helps to uplift ur moral!!
Be cheerful.. U'll be fine soon :)
Keep posted.
