Have you looked into ordering online??? Or is international shipping an issue?? You can order from babies r us online.
If he will be in a city, there will definitely be boutique shops, but many cities have the larger stores too (though probably not Walmart--they tend to be out in the burbs). I would go to Target and Babies R Us websites and do their store locators to find which are nearby his hotel. Or enter his hotel's address in Google and search for "baby" nearby. I've had great luck with Target for gear and supplies, and the Children's Place has clothing, I believe. There is also BabyGap for clothing.
Thanks friends!
its confirmed that he will be gng to Cincinnati. What do I get there? are the same shops as youve mentioned above present there too?
Im not sure how much weight he can carry back to Singapore, so I think i cannot vouch for the car seat for sure. i havent bought anything yet, so my list is still open :-)
Id appreciate if you girls can share what I can buy for my little darling?
thanks so much.

I agree with the ladies above. You can check out babes r us , target and walmart onlie to get a feel for what they offer and their prices!
I think the most common and average places to go are Children's Place, Babies R Us, Target, and Walmart. But those aren't the high-end fancy smancy places if that's what you're interested in. I'd have to say I've been frequenting Babies R Us and Target, however, Babies R Us has a pretty big selection. LA in itself is a whole other world. There are probably tons of high-end fancy smancy places to get baby stuff from. There are lot of wealthy people in California.
You probably need to figure out what you're needing to get and then check out consumer reports for car seats, strollers, swings, etc. We got a Britax car seat, and a Graco stroller, but i know Graco's not top of the line.
It depends, but I get everything from Babies r us and Target mostly. Sometimes I go to Walmart and Ikea as well, but I am not sure what they have in LA...I'm on the opposite side! =)
