Well i am happy to say that i went from 210 to 199!!!! yay!! finally out of the 200's. Feeling good lately and feeling pretty for the first time since having Fynn!!!!!
I hope everyone can stick to their goals including myself!!!
My goal is to get back to my goal weight!
I finaly hit 145lbs on the day I found out I was preggers!
I was so excited to finaly hit 145!!!
I was 315lbs
So now I am about 164 last I checked.
I am finding it way hard to get on track.
I love food so so much.
I'd like to get to the rec center to get on the tredmill.
Do a bit of jogging. And just have some me time to listen to the ipod and not have to worry about my three little girls at home for an hour lol
Now its a matter of finding the time to get there between family life and hubby's work shifts!
Well I lost about 3-4 lbs the past 2 days...unfortunately it was becuase I was sick as a dog and had vomiting and diarrhea. Maybe this will help kick start some more weight loss for me. Hopefully it will help to curb my appetite a little. We shall see.
nola, i am def keeping a positive attidue, nething else and I would have given up awhile ago.
Geez....i was 186 when i got preggers...lol.....oh well all that eating i did and now i have to pay for it...but i agree we didnt get to have nice weather long enough to go for long walks. I cant wait until i can take Fynn for walks, he loved them so much.
Good attitude - the past is the past. Just keep focused on your goal tomorrow. My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (140) by July. I was 186 when I had Finn and now am about 155. I got to 155 pretty easy but have stalled. I am breastfeeding and find that I still have an intense appetite - nor have I lost that sweet craving I developed during pregnancy - these are not making it easier to lose weight. I think we will all have more luck when the weather gets nicer and we can spend more time outdoors taking the little ones for long walks.
Clysta - sorry to hear that you are still struggling to keep weight on? Aren't you still nauseous often? Do the doctors think anything is wrong? Maybe all that breastfeeding is just working its magic on you. I wish that was the case of me!
Well it has been about 1 week and I have not had any weight loss, well actually, I gained 2 lbs and lost those so I am the same. Kind of a discouraging start but I began a 2 day detox today so hopefully that will jump start something for me.....Im gunna keep up no matter what!
I'm hoping to gain weight. :( I keep dropping and it's starting to really worry me. I don't do anything all day and eat decent meals (what I used to eat pre-pregnancy) and I'm almost 50 pounds lighter than I was pre-pregnancy as well. (I was 147 and I'm down to 101) I wish I could take the weight from you guys. Good luck!!! You'll lose it before you know it.
I still have to lose 7 preg pounds and they're pretty stubborn. I go back to work pt in march so I hope to lose them by then. I also want to get knocked up again!
That sounds like a great idea. I took need to lose weight. My "ideal" goal weight is 135 ...I am currently at around 180-181. MY problem is an overwhelming addiction to sweets and a serious lack of energy to do any physical activity above housecleaning. I think it's a great idea to have "weight-loss buddies" to help keep us accountable. If I can get myself to stick to it. I can be so lazy LOL. I'd LIKE to lose the weight before my 34th birthday (aug 18th) so I would have to lose roughly 1.5 lbs per week. We shall see how it goes!
