I have my cervix checked once a week. They will just do a pelvic exam to check and see if you are dialating. It might be slightly uncomfortable because of pressure but not that bad. You also might have some spotting after, which is nothing to worry about. It's just because they were playing around near you cervix and can irritate the membrane.

I have 11 days left(hopefully less) and I'm soooo done. I just really want to meet my little boy and I really hate the not knowing when it is going to happen. I already have a 3 yr old daughter and with her I had to be induced 1 week before her due date because I had leaking of the amniotic fluid so I didn't have to deal with the not knowing with her. I have had terrible braxton hicks and contractions pretty much since I hit 6 months and it makes things really confusing because they have been stronger the past 3-4 days but then they will tapper off. Everytime they start I think "ok, here we go, lets do this, I'm ready!" and then they stop. I've tried everything under the sun to help start labor but nothing has worked and 11 days seems like an eternity to me at this point. Ugh

19 days too! I have lots of Braxton hicks, back pain, and insomnia. I'm trying to enjoy the time I have left by relaxing, reading, and savoring the silence.

I have 19 days till my due date! Got my first cervix check last week and I'm beyond excited to meet my princess! I did a maternity photo shoot today and it was so much fun!!

No I haven't done a cervix check yet but I also go to weekly appointments starting Monday and he will check me then.

I've had the swelling for almost a month now it goes down at night when I'm off my feet but once I make it to work about 2 hours later I'm swollen. I'm at every week appointments now & Monday the doctor is gonna do a cervix check has anyone had that done yet?

30 days left just starting to get swollen ankles/feet yuck!! Been staying out of the heat and in the ac waiting anxiously to meet my son :)

I have 15days left and I'm feeling alot of pressure and Braxton Hicks contractions lately. Can bearly sleep at night too.  I'm ready to meet my Lil princess Layla
