hi I'm a first time mom I just wanted to ask what do contracts truly feel like ?
Yes, when it starts you will know. For me it also felt like the baby was pushed down, but very very hard.
They're basically like menstrual cramps but stronger & don't go away. I'm sure you'll no when your in labour. The pain is very hard to miss
