pain walking
Anyone else having a hard time walking at 13 weeks? As soon as I walk more then a few steps I have pain in my lower stomach.
I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow. Today I went on a walk and had pain in that area. It even went down to my vagina. It eventually went way and I had no bleeding. The pain is more of a burning and stabbing than a cramp. I've described the pain to my ob, midwife and my maternal fetal doctor. They all said it was round ligament pain.
Maybe try some gentle stretches? I've never had pain while walking. Just tightness.
