Not a question, a suggestion!

Hoping everyone's upcoming labor experience is exactly what they want and are looking for! If you haven't seen THE BUSINESS OF BEING BORN, and MORE FROM THE BUSINESS OF BEING BORN, I would highly recommend watching both movies, which are on Netflix, with some clips on youtube. They are really great informational videos about some of the choices we are faced with when choosing our practitioners and how we want to deliver our babies. My first go around I wanted a normal, non medicated, spontaneous labor and was shocked at 38 weeks when I found out my OB didnt support me! I thought I could show up and have my baby the old fashioned way without intervention and winded up being bullied into a non medical induction at 40weeks 1 day. Now I just want to help other mamas in their preparation, because I was naive! Don't let your doctor talk you into something you dont want, or understand fully! You can say no to so many interventions if you dont want them! Good luck mamas!
