So so tired!

Okay, so I don't know about you ladies, but I'm exhausted! I'm okay until mid afternoon then I can crash for like 3 hours & still go to bed at my normal time (10ish) with no problem. Any of you having the same issue? If not, what are you doing to stay awake?

I have been falling asleep at 8 or 830 every night... not getting anything done in the house at all! I work with preschoolers all day so by the time I get home I just want to sit and relax. I can't wait to get my energy back!

I'm 7w3d. I am so tired! I finally caught up on dishes and folded laundry.  But it wiped me out. I still have tons of work to catch up on. Any idea when this improves? And I agree, cutting back caffeine did not help!

Totally normal! Not being able to have caffeine doesn't help ;) Just rest as your body needs it - we're making another person! It takes work!
