Pregnancy is normal from 37w-42w. So just wait for her, she is not ready. Giving birth now is too early. And we all know how you feel...

I'm 37 weeks as well. I wasn't dilated at all. So I was looking for ways to help dilate myself and this looked to be the best way, even suggested by doctors. My husband and I had sex and he got off in me (tmi sorry) and my next appointment (two days later) I was dilated 1cm and 60% thinned. I also lost part of my mucus plug the next day and have been losing parts of it since then. I hope this helps!

As much as I hate hearing it and saying it. I don't think there is much you can do if your body and baby aren't ready. I also have tried everything and Nothing seemed to work! I feel the ladies it does work for just get really damn lucky

I'm 38.5 weeks and did everything ginger tea, raspberry tea, castor oil, sex, bouncing on a birthing ball, squatting, spicy foods and I'm still waiting for my boy to arrive. I gave up will let him come out when he is ready.
