Being dizzy is pretty common when you get up take your time you may being doing it to quickly . Especially when you wake up in the am give your self 5 or so minutes to lay there before you get up i had the same thing happen to me alot

May want to consider taking an iron supplement. It can help with the dizzy spells. Good luck.

me too!! I've been told to drink loads of water and you may have low blood pressure like I have - mine goes lower during pregnancy so you may want to get that checked, eat lots of small meals and don't get up from sitting or lying down too fast xxx

I've felt dizzy sometimes but I attributed it to tiredness and poor blood flow. The dizziness tends to decrease for me when I exercise. I try my best to work out for about 1-2 hours a day and stretch before going to bed and waking up in the morning.
I've also noticed that water doesn't seem to hydrate me as much as before so I turn to orange juice, almond milk, yogurt smoothie.

Talk to your doctor. I am further along than you but have dizzy spells alot. Your vein dilate for increased blood volume for baby. Sometime they dilate faster than the actual increase in your bloods volume causing the dizzy spells.
