Since being pregnant the smell and even thought of them makes my tummy turn. Hopefully this happens for you too. Makes it easier to give up.

Sending good thoughts your way. I quit smoking after 20 years and I found the most helpful thing was to change your routine. Doing things as differently as possible changes your association with craving and helps distract you. It's hard, but once you get through the first few days, every day gets easier and easier.

Patches are safer than smoking. Still nicotine, but no carbon monoxide which is what makes smoking bad for you.

If you haven't talked to your Dr about useing them I highly recommend you do first.if they said its fine then it should be fine. You would be surprised how many thing are unsafe. Also they done usually recommend going cold turkey when your pregnant they recommend a weaning yourself of like you are.
