Hi just found out today I'm 4 weeks pregnant.  Do you think I should continue drinking coffee during my pregnancy?

I completely stopped coffee for a month with my first pregnancy. Didn't even think about it. One cup a day after that. Now I have a little one running around and I'm trying to limit it to mostly decaf.

Hi! I just found out on the 13th as well! I am currently 4 weeks and 5 days. I still have a cup here and there. I would say limit the caffeine intake, but some coffee is fine :) congrats!

I'm only doing the occasional coffee.   I believe a cup a day is fine but there are plenty of people who would completely avoid.
