Negative tests but all the symptoms?!

My last period was 5th December which works out that I'm about 7 days late. I've had back ache, belly ache and headaches like I'm due on for 2 weeks but nothing happens. This week I have started being sick of a morning and nauseas all day sometimes even sick after eating. This would be my second child so I know the signs and symptoms but all week my tests have been negative. Due to see the GP Monday, was just wondering if anybody has been in the same situation as it is now driving me mad!

A friend of mine had to get bloodwork done to tell she was pregnant with both of her girls. At home tests said she wasn't pregnant both times. So, it's possible, I'm just not sure how probable. Good luck
