How long time wise do u pump for and how often do u pump hours wise??
I pumped for 15 mins every 2 hrs also. It is hard but its what's best for ur baby. I did it for 7 months. My son was in the nicu for 3 months. U can do this, keep up the good work!!
After 15 mins a side its pointless, that should be the max and once an hour.
I've been pumping every 2 hours for 15 mins and its taking a toll on me
I've always used a dual electric pump, so it took about 15 minutes. Just pump til the milk stops. I pumped every 3-4 hours, sooner if I felt extra full. (my first was in the nicu for a month and I couldn't feed her, so I pumped...forever...)
