Try a lot of pillows. That is what works for me. Also it helps to be consistent with the time you go to bed. Hope this helps!!
I'm having troubles sleeping at night and my Dr told me I could take benadryl or some Dr can give you medicine to sleep but no sleep or sleeping less is a pretty common thing..
It only gets worse :c
Best thing that helps me is lots of pillows and clasical music playing in the back ground. And I've learned not to drink anything an hour before I get ready for bed :p I HATE waking up to pee a million times.
