I'm 21 weeks along & I haven't gotten a full night's sleep in weeks. I can't find a comfortable position to save my life. I knew I'd have trouble sleeping during the pregnancy, but never thought that it wouldn't be this soon.

I also don't sleep great. I pee every 2 to 3 hours. And any noise I hear I wake up. Heart burn doesn't help at all.

I haven't been able to sleep well either. I'm between 5 to 6 weeks. I saw that sleeping on your left side helps. Also sleeping with a pillow beside you(wedged beneath your belly). I woke up last night, but only once from a weird dream. Which is a lot better than how much I been waking up.

I haven't been sleeping very well either but that's partly because I have an 18 month boy who still gets up multiple times a night. My dreams have been crazy as well at 4 weeks.

With my first pregnancy I had insomnia in the first trimester. I don't have it with this one, but I'm not sleeping well either. I and in second trimester and bought a snoogle pillow to help with physical discomfort, but it's hard for my mind to shut off at night.
