Nervous !
Hello! I am almost 30 weeks pregnant and refusing to get the epidural. Everyone is constantly telling me how crazy I am. They are starting to make me feel like I can't do it without an epidural. Can some share their experiences without the epidural? Any tips that made things easier for you? Or just some positivity would be great!

My first 2 I had an epidural, my 3rd all natural. It was by far the best delivery and recovery out of all, and he was the biggest. Now for my 4th I know I won't do an epidural, unless I have some type of emergency or problems.
I don't have experience as I'm a ftm but I'm due today and don't plan to get an epidural either. People have been doing the same thing to me always telling me I'm crazy but the way I think about it our bodies were made for this and women did it for years without epidurals. The pain only lasts a while and I think it's worth it
