Hi I'm just wondering how much mg of caffiene can I possibly have can I have a frappe ? :'( I know it sounds kind of crazy lol but plz someone help?
My dr said one coffee drink a day was fine just don't drink the whole pot.
Also not to ignore cravings it's your body telling you something you need

My Doctor recommended no more than 300 mg of caffeine per day. This is inclusive of coffee,tea and chocolate.
