Hi
I am 31 week pregnant. I had an ultrasound yesterday and they said that my baby weight is 3 pounds. Is that normal or too small?
Also, they saw that my cervix is opening and closing.  Have any of you guys ever went through this process?

They are terrible about guessing weight - so I wouldn't worry too much. Plus, what you're cervix is doing isn't really an indicator of how close you are...

They had told me with my second baby girl that she was big almost 8 pounds n she weighed 5.7

At 32 weeks I was told my baby was 4 pounds so I'm guessing it's normal.

Yes kierastella is right the doctors told me my son was going to weigh 6 pounds at 7 months he weighed 11 pounds when he was born.

Normal because the last weeks the baby should start gaining half a pound a week and you still have 9 weeks to go
