Is it normal to feel like a pressure and soreness down there after having sex? I'm 30 weeks almost 31 weeks. It's literally 1:22 in the morning and I can't sleep because every time I move to get to get into position to sleep comfortable, I can't because it feels like pressure and really sore because I had sex with my bf earlier around 8 pm.
My baby is down already and does cause pressure. Thank you. I just thought it was the sex that caused the soreness then pressure right after

If you're drier than usual and the soreness is caused by chafing, I would think it's probably normal. But just to be safe, definitely check with your fr.
I'm 33 weeks and I feel that! Soreness could just be increased blood flow but my son is head down which has changed how much pressure is down there!!
