Age differences

I have a 16 month old right now and am expecting my second in January. So they should be 2 years apart exactly. Do people think of this as a great thing or difficult thing?

It really depends on your preference. Some ppl prefer to have their children close together & others like space in between. My children will actually be 15 years apart. I waited a long time but the good thing is that the oldest will be able to help me out.

My babies are 1yr and 1wk apart exactly and expecting my third in a mon. Im definitely in for a challenge of patience, strength, courage to get me through. Lol but dont get me wrong its a wonderful gift to be called momma. I wouldnt change it for the world. There are ups and downs. Good days and bad days but its worth it all!

I have a 10 yr old, and by the time this one is born my youngest will be 8. I know someone who is pregnant with their 5th... when he/she is born all 5 will be under 4 yrs. I'm exhausted,  i can only imagine what she is going through.  Lol.

I have a sister 18 months older than me and younger twin sisters 18 months younger than me. My mom had 4 kids in 3 years...she is a saint. But I had a wonderful childhood and am really close with all of my siblings. Because of where our birthdays fell my older sister was only 1 year a head of me in school an we would always stick together. We did fight a lot with each other but whenever anyone was mean to either one of us we were the first person to stick up for the other sister. It was funny my sister scolded a bully once for chastising me. My favorite line was "Hey! Only I can call my sister a dumb b***h!" Thanks for sticking up for me big sis! My Mom would always joke that if you messed with one of us that you would be fighting all 4 of us. It was true though and it was awesome!

I think it will be great!  It may be a challenge having two younglings at once but that's what makes a mother! It's also good for school (so they can be together of course )  but I think it's great!

It all depends on how you look at it! I am 29 weeks and have a 12 month old they will be 15 months apart exactly! I wouldn't have it any other way but a lot of people I know say omgosh you are going to have your hands full and other comments like that! We wanted our kids close my bf is a twin and me and my sis are 18 months apart and we both loved our child hood with having a sibling so close!

Each spacing has its challenges. I think it can be rough at times, but also nice to have them that close as they get older. Congrats!
