Thanks guys sorry for the late response but I was admitted into the hospital Thursday and had hypermesis also so my doctor ordered the zofran pump I'm supposed to schedule for someone to come out later today..hopefully that works...I'm feeling a little better and finally got to see both babies with 2 heartbeats

Try very cold things, avoid hot things.  Nibble. Fruit.  Things that are light.  Your doctor can give you something that will help if none of that works

Have you talked to your doctor about meds? To help you get through it?

How far on are you? I had hyperemesis from 12 weeks to 28 weeks and honestly, it was the worst experience of my life. I'm now 34 weeks and feeling better. Maybe you should talk to your midwife incase you have it? I literally lived off 1 piece of toast and a bottle of water a day for weeks plus going into hospital for fluid and vitamins. Just remember you are not alone in this! I know me saying that wont help but honestly, it might not seem like it now but it will pass eventually. I hope you feel better soon.

I have to agree with eating will make a difference. Just last night I couldn't eat or sleep and was extremely nauseous. My boyfriend's mother told him to give me saltine crackers and 7up. Worked like a charm. You will have to force yourself to eat but try to have a few bites of something light on you tummy. Good luck.

If you can tolerate liquids, Make a fruit smoothie so that way you will get nourishment as well as keep your energy levels up.

I survived on Saltine Crackers, jello,  and Ginger Ale when I had really bad morning sickness.
Take it slow.
